Shipping Information

I usually ship Fedex in the States, and USPS to all other countries. I ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact me about shipping if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT: While we have some items in stock, and work to fulfill all orders in 1-2 weeks, all custom orders,and regular items not in stock may be 2-3 weeks, due to our busy show schedule. Please take this in consideration when you order. If you have a specific deadline, LET US KNOW, and we will do everything we can to make sure you have your order in time. 

We are able to ship internationally, but we cannot predict or control the customs offices of other countries. Once we have shipped a package internationally, we are not able to be responsible for the arrival time, any holds placed by customs, or other customs regulations. 

Silver Leaf is not responsible for shipping costs on returns or items returned to our company via postal services.

REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We love our international customers, and we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time! Unfortunately, we are unable to influence customs agencies, therefore international customers may find orders delayed depending on the mailing services in their countries.

Returns and exchange details

I do not accept returns, issue refunds, or accept cancellations. This policy is firm. Once your order had been placed my team works together to make your order. We go shopping for fabric; cutting the pattern, making the item, then work on any finishing details. The last part is hand making any leather detail, dyeing the leather, and/or grommeting , and add any closures. Then we organize all the order and take them to FedEx. Because each step requires so much time, and each person has their part to do we do not accept cancellations, or returns.
