REGARDING PAYMENT
I accept Paypal and major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa Discover, and American Express through Etsy. Payment due at time of the sale. We do not issue refund or accept returns.

REGARDING FABRIC
We use the latest fashions in fabric to provide you the most variety. This sometimes means that many of our designs change with the seasons and the trends as fabrics are introduced and discontinued. We will make every effort to locate the exact fabric you want and will work with you in the event it is not available. Other selections, with similar color schemes and style, are often available. This can occasionally lead to longer turnaround times. Know that we will do our very best to find exactly what you want because it is important to us that you love your Silver Leaf Costume!

REGARDING SIZES
Silver Leaf pieces are handmade and ready to wear. In order to produce costumes in a timely manner at a lower price, we work from patterns and create pieces in size ranges, using measure from XXS to 5X. You are welcome to share your measurements and we will let you know what size you wear in our clothing. We are able to add inches to sleeves if needed, but we are not able to redraft a pattern to your exact measurements without a substantial cost increase to you. If you feel your measurements are unusual or may provide a challenge, please LET US KNOW so we can discuss ways to make sure you can also look great and feel good in Silver Leaf costuming. 

REGARDING TIME FRAME
While we have some items in stock and work to fulfill all orders in 1-2 weeks, all custom orders, and regular items not in stock may be 2-3 weeks, do to our busy show schedule. Please take this into consideration when you order. If you have a specific deadline, LET US KNOW & we will do everything we can to make sure you have your order in time. 

REGARDING LEATHER ITEMS
They are just taking a bit longer than usual. Again, please let us know if you have a special deadline.
